Good-bye Autumn

FullSizeRender-3I’ve struggled to hold onto autumn this year ever since I walked into Pier One in October and they were putting away all of the autumn decorations and setting up everything Christmas.  Don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas!  But good grief, what about those who discovered they were hostessing Thanksgiving for the first time, or simply wanted to update their Thanksgiving decor in November?  Out of luck.  If you didn’t know that you needed autumn decorations in September, your options monumentally shrunk by October (and forget about November).  Anyhow, the moment we finished Thanksgiving dinner, my girls were ready to decorate for Christmas.  In the dark of the next morning, they begged Rob to bring in their little tree.  Here we go…  Hello Christmas!littletree01We hope to go hunting for our “real” Christmas tree next weekend.

I love who is under your tree 🙂 They are just beautiful. Lupus is kicking my butt this year and I am hoping to get better so I can start soon, I am not good with laying around but this pain is really bad. I am wondering if the weather has anything to do with it, we have had cold and rainy stuff all weekend. Love y’all and give the girls hugs for me.
